Someone totally is taking over our lease!! We don't have to pay double rent!!! woo!
Billy said that yesterday, he was biking home and he saw a bunch of cute bunnies on the bike trail, but they kept running away. Then he was like, why are they running away? I'm not that loud. Then these two guys on mini bikes rode toward him. What the heck were they doing on the bike trail? Jerks. Scaring bunnies.

Maybe it's something to do with owning a bike with a motor in it...makes people jerks. That's why Tim can't have one. That and he'd die...which is bad.
But yay for no double rent! You might want to leave the new renters a note for when they move in about the ants, kinda as a "thank you for letting us not have to keep paying for this place." But of course make sure they've signed the lease BEFORE they see the note...
I've eaten bunny before.
